Dear customer, keep in mind the following recommendations to prevent your information from being used and you may be a victim of theft, fraud and other crimes:
Keep your personal computer updated with computer security programs such as: antivirus, antispyware and personal firewall, which provide protection against information theft.
Use strong passwords, combining letters, numbers, symbols and do not reveal them to anyone.
Refrain from downloading files from your email if you do not know the sender of the message.
Never give confidential information to strangers, except when it comes to products that could compromise balances in your accounts.
Whenever you leave your computer, do not forget to lock it to prevent it from being used by strangers.
Never share your username and password with other people, this information is personal and non-transferable.
Make the periodic change of your password, following the security recommendations.
Make transactions online from your home or office personal computer, in some public places you can install programs to track your operations.
Make sure to complete your operation and log out before leaving the website where you entered your password.
Do not allow the internet browser to save your password, this will prevent other people from having access to that information.
Remember that in no case will you be asked for specific information such as username and password by email, or by referring pages through this medium.
Whenever you have doubts about the products you are handling or do not know the fees charged for each of the transactions, make sure through your salesperson what will be the charge and the service offered.
